The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum. * If service is cancelled within the contract term, a cancellation fee will apply.

On-peak times are 1:00pm to 12:59am and Off-peak are 1:00am to 12:59pm. Once you have reached the data allowance for your plan, you will be charged an excess data fee of 10c per MB until the maximum plan cost is reached. Off-Peak times are not applicable for our 3TB and Unlimited plans. Once the maximum plan cost has been reached, you can purchase additional data blocks. If you do not purchase additional data blocks, your access will cease until your next billing month .
