The TPG IPTV service is delivering high quality standard
definition channels. The quality is far superior to other
sources of streaming video from the Internet.
Will the IPTV picture quality degrade the further the
customer is from the exchange?
Yes, connection speed decreases the further you are located
from the exchange. If the connection speed decreases to less
than 3.5Mbps, then the IPTV picture will no longer be
viewable. However, the quality of the IPTV picture will not
be effected by any downloads or other network activity on
your connection while watching IPTV.
Will IPTV work on Apple Mac Computer?
Yes, TPG IPTV will work on both PC's and Apple Mac systems.
It should also work on other operating systems like Linux. |
