Samsung Mobile phones – History and Evolution

Thereafter, Samsung tasted success in the CDMA market with accounting for about 50% of the world’s CDMA market making it the number one. In the GSM spectrum, it took some time for it to replicate the success shown in the CDMA market. Samsung’s SGH-600 was well received and changed the market with a groundbreaking design and additional functionality. In fact it was such a success that Samsung was given the award of the Best Manufacturer twice.
