We supply you with a SIM only plan, giving you $300 worth of included CAP value which can be used for calling, texting and surfing the web from your mobile at 3G speeds*. We have also thrown in Free calls, which allows you to make Free 20 minute calls each night to TPG, Soul and Optus mobiles (between 8pm and Midnight). This product can save you up to 60% each month.

Important things to know
Included Cap Value is the allowance available for use each billing month for eligible call types. Eligible call types included in the Cap Value are: National Mobile and Fixed Line, voicemail deposits and retrievals, National and International SMS and MMS and call diversion. Excluded from Cap Value are: premium SMS, Optus Zoo services, Third Party content, International, 190 calls, International roaming, and other Enhanced Services. Standard call rates apply for usage outside the Cap Value. Unused Cap Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly period.
Payment: Monthly payment in advance for the monthly charges. At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a credit on your account for any usage outside the Cap Value. This $20 is called the 'Outside Cap Credit'. The 'Outside Cap Credit' is for any calls, text or data that go either above your Cap Value or are not included in your Cap Value, e.g. premium services or roaming services. If your 'Outside Cap Credit' falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited by an amount sufficient to bring it back up to $20. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit your credit card/bank account to top up your 'Outside Cap Credit' to $20 are unsuccessful. If you don't go above your Cap Value and don't incur any charges that aren't covered by your Cap Value, your $20 'Outside Cap Credit' won't ever be debited. Any unused 'Outside Cap Credit' is refundable when you terminate the service.

Security Deposit (AKA "bucket")
TPG will take a $20 deposit which is used to fund calls outside the cap value. Once this deposit falls below $5, we will automatically charge the customers CC/DD to bring this limit back up to $20.

Q: Can a customer get a paper bill?
A: No. Online bills help us to reduce the price of our plan and provide a cheaper monthly rate to our customers.
Q: What happens if I use less than my cap allowance?
A: If you have used less than your monthly cap allowance, the remaining amount will expire at the end of the month. If you use less than the advertised price of the plan you will still have to pay the same minimum monthly charge (which is the advertised price of the plan).
Q: What happens when I use more than my cap allowance?
A: You will be charged for the calls made outside your cap allowance based on the call rates advertised. You will be charged, and funds will be taken out of your call credit as explained in the Billing section of the Mobile Phone FAQ.
Q: How is TPG's mobile coverage?
A: TPG's Mobile service is delivered to you via the Optus Network. Our entire mobile network currently covers over 96% of the Australian population.
Q: Can I bring my own phone?
A: Of course! Although, you may be required to unlock it from your previous mobile phone provider.
