Important Things You Need to Know

Super Value Plans:
Special discounted offer only available for new and existing TPG customers when they bundle with TPG ADSL, ADSL2+, Naked ADSL2+ and ADSL2+ with Home Phone plans. Discounted Mobile monthly charge reverts to standard price of $17.99 (Medium - Super Value plan) from discounted $14.99 and $34.99 (Heavy - Super Value plan) from discounted $29.99, if TPG Broadband is terminated or not active.

Included Value:
^ For Super Value plans, Included Value means the available monthly usage value which can be used within each billing month for eligible calls and other usage types. Eligible Calls and Usage types are: Calls, SMS & MMS to Standard Australian (includes 13/18) and International Numbers (Landlines & Mobiles), Video Calls to Standard Australian Mobiles, Diversion within Australia and Tethering. Standard rates apply for usage outside of the Included Value. Unused Included Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly billing cycle period. SMS & MMS not counted towards Included Value for Heavy plan only due to Unlimited quota.

# $100 Included International Value:
This offer applies to Infinity & Beyond Super Value plan only. $100 Included International Value can be used for Calls to International Numbers. International call rates apply beyond $100 of Included International Value. Included International Value excludes International Roaming and Data usage whilst Roaming.

Excluded Value:
Super Value Plans exclude Calls and SMS to 19 numbers, Premium SMS, Optus Zoo services, Third Party content, International Video Calls, International Roaming, Directory Assistance, Calls thru to connect services (eg 124YES) and other Enhanced Services.

Included & Excess Data:
Each Super Value plan has a specific amount of Included Data each month, Excess Data rate applies once Included Data is exceeded.

TPG Medium, Heavy and Infinity & Beyond Super Value Plans are for personal use only and may not be acquired by companies or businesses or used for commercial purposes or in a manner that may adversely affect the mobile network. In particular the services may not be used for wholesaling, reselling, refilling, SIM boxing or any other commercial purpose. If TPG reasonably believes that you are using the service for commercial purposes or in a manner that may adversely affect the mobile network, TPG may ask you to switch to another plan or may provide one month's notice of termination of the mobile service.

Cap Value is the allowance available for use each billing month for eligible call types. Standard call rates apply for usage outside the Cap Value. Unused Cap Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly period.

Video Calling ( Only available on TPG Super Value Plans ):
Video Calling is handset dependent and both parties to the call must be in a 3G coverage area. For coverage details see http://www.tpg.com.au/mobile/coverage.php.

Payment:
Monthly payment in advance for the monthly charges. Direct Debit from a Bank Account or Credit Card is the only payment option available.

Mobile Deposit:
TPG Mobile service is neither prepaid nor post paid. At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a Security Deposit and used to pay for any excluded or excess usage outside your Included Value (for Super Value and Cap Saver plans) or all usage (for Pay As You Go plans). Excluded or excess usage means any Calls, Text or Data that go either above your Cap Value or are not included in your Included Value. Once your deposit goes below $5, we will debit a sufficient amount from your bank account/credit card to top it back again to $20. If your usage is high, this can occur more than once per month and more than $20 might need to be debited. You authorise us to make such debits to your account/credit card. If you do not exceed your Included Value and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your Mobile plan, your deposit will not ever be debited. We will send you SMS messages about your usage and the debits during the month. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit are unsuccessful. Any unused Security Deposit will be credited back to your account once you cancel the service.

Enabling and Using Mobile Data (GPRS/3G):
By enabling DATA (GPRS/ 3G), you are able to use services like internet browsing, email, navigation, downloading maps, checking the weather and other online services on your mobile phone. These services use data.
- If you exceed your plan's Included Mobile Data value, additional excess data usage charges will be payable in accordance with the terms of the plan you acquire.
- Data usage includes combined upload & download data transfer.
- DATA (GPRS/ 3G) is enabled by default on Basic, 49 and 79 Cap Saver, Premium, and Executive Cap Saver Plans, Budget Pay As You Go Plans and all Super Value Plans.
- Any unused Included Mobile Data in a month does not roll over into subsequent months.
- The data usage records in the "Your account" section of the TPG website may be delayed by up to 2 days.
